JetSetPilot, LLC (“JetSetPilot”, “we” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy.  That is why we have adopted this Privacy Policy.  This Privacy Policy lets you know how and for what purposes each user’s (“you” or “your”) personal information is being collected, processed and used.  We pledge that we will take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information will only be used in ways that are in compliance with this Privacy Policy.  This Privacy Policy is only in effect for any web pages, e-mail lists, collective non‑user-specific information and collective personal information collected on or through the JetSetPilot website, located at www.jetsetpilot.com (collectively, the “Website”), as well as any online features, services and/or programs offered by JetSetPilot.

  1. Our Business. The JetSetPilot operates a full service agency business, and we arrange travel products and services for our clients with a wide spectrum of industry suppliers. Accordingly, we deal with a number of consultants and third parties that may, in the course of their duties, have limited access to personal information we hold. These include airlines, railroads, cruise lines, tour operators, computer reservations system providers, and other travel-related vendors. We restrict their access to any personal information we hold as much as is reasonably possible.
  2. Purpose of Collecting Personal Information. Like all travel agencies, we collect, use and disclose personal information in order to serve our clients. For our clients, the primary purposes for collecting personal information are as follows:
  • to make and secure reservations;
  • to issue transportation documents and vouchers; and
  • to provide travel suppliers with information to complete the necessary purchasing arrangements for a wide array of travel and tourism products and services.

Examples of the type of personal information we collect for those purposes include the following:

  • Name;
  • Address;
  • Telephone, fax and email address;
  • Date of Birth;
  • Credit Card Information;
  • Passport or Visa Information; and

similar personal information necessary to properly identify our clients and their entitlement to the products and services we arrange.

  1. Retention and Destruction of Personal Information. We retain your contact information for our own marketing and client service purposes, but all credit card information, passport or visa information, and other personal information is destroyed promptly after the completion of your trip.

Privacy Outside the Website.  The Website may contain various links to other websites, including links to various third party service providers.  The JetSetPilot is not and cannot be responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any of those other websites.  Other than under agreements with certain reputable organizations and companies, and except for third party service providers whose services you voluntarily elect to utilize, we do not share any of the personal information that you provide to us with any of the websites to which the Website links, although we may share aggregate, non-personally identifiable data with those other websites.  Please check with those websites in order to determine their privacy policies and your rights under them.

 

Governing Law.  This Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.  By using or accessing the Website, you agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or these this Privacy Policy will be filed only in the Pennsylvania state courts located in Chester County, Pennsylvania or in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action.

Your Consent To This Privacy Policy.  By using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of information by us as specified above or as we otherwise see fit unless you inform us otherwise by means of the procedure identified below.  If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will make an effort to post those changes on this web page so that you will always be able to understand what information we collect, how we use that information and under what circumstances we may disclose that information to others.  We may use comments, information or feedback that you may submit in any manner that we may choose without notice or compensation to you.
